Recent Research Project
PRISSEM researchers Falcon Rankins and Claudia Rankins conducted a qualitative study of HBCU leaders to gain knowledge about their experiences during the COVID epidemic and to learn about their perceptions and conceptualization of effective leadership. To date, this study has resulted in the submission of a manuscript to the Journal of STEM Leadership and Broadening Participation. It is currently under review.
This study was generously supported by the NSF funded Center for the Advancement of STEM leadership.
